Child Safety Standards

Last Updated: August 2026

Sparke LLC ("Sparke", "we", or "us") is deeply committed to ensuring the safety of all our users and creating a secure environment. We have a strict, zero-tolerance policy against Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) and Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM).

1. Zero Tolerance Policy

Sparke prohibits the creation, distribution, promotion, or facilitation of Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) and any form of Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE). Any user found violating this policy will face immediate and permanent termination of their account.

2. Reporting Mechanism

We encourage our community to help us maintain a safe environment. If you encounter any content or behavior that you suspect involves the exploitation of minors or violates our child safety policies, please report it immediately:

• In-App Reporting: Use the dedicated reporting feature available within the app to flag concerning content or users.
• Direct Email: You can directly email our safety team at support@svnate.com.

3. Law Enforcement & Authorities

We comply with all relevant child safety laws globally. In addition to terminating the accounts of offenders, Sparke actively cooperates with law enforcement agencies and reports instances of CSAM to the relevant national and international authorities, such as the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC).

4. Continuous Improvement

We are constantly updating our safety practices and moderation capabilities to detect, prevent, and remove abusive content from our platform. Sparke is committed to working alongside industry partners and child safety organizations to combat the exploitation of children online.
